As regarde proposed increase in number of super-scale posts for Cadet Officers, I consider that grading of posts must be related to duties to be performed, Please let me kno what posts are at present held by Class I Cadets and what further posts in your view might suitably be held by Class I Cadeta if the proposed increase in number of super-scale posts were approved,
